J.K has nearly two decades of experience representing companies and individuals at the state level throughout Tennessee and in every federal court district in the State of Tennessee. He has also handled appeals at the state and federal level, including briefing and arguing an appeal before a sixteen-judge en banc panel at the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit in Cincinnati, Ohio. He is also admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court. In addition to J.K.’s focus on advocating for his clients in employment litigation, he devotes a great deal of time conducting training for his clients and advising them in identifying potential employment-related legal issues and resolving day-to-day management and operations issues.
